Hello darlings,


Ever wondered what God's love looks like?

Love is responsible for the creation of man. God wanted someone he could fellowship with. You'd want to fellowship with someone or people whom you know you've got some sort of likeness for, innit?

Love makes him go after that one sheep that leaves the fold, that one sheep that all of a sudden becomes attracted to the world.

Despite being an omniscient God, Love makes him long to talk to you despite knowing that you'd still hurt him countless times.

Love made him give up his son so that we can be eternally forgiven of our sins.



Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love.

1 John 4:7‭-‬8 NASB


Love is who he is. If you don't show love to others, you certainly do not speak God's language and you do not know God.
 Love made God do what mere men see as "crazy" but to God, he was only expressing how he feels about you. 
Here's God who didn't think it was stupid to express the depth of his love.

Love is foundational, it is the foundation of the Gospel of Jesus


How much does God Love me?

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

John 3:16 NASB

The above scripture perfectly tells us the level at which he loves us (he SO loved us) and what did this love make him do? It made him give us his only son; he surrendered his only son. God didn't just give us words of affirmation, he also gave us a gift in this act of service to express his love towards us.

How would you feel if your significant other tells you how much they love you without any form of action to back up their words?
Yeah, terrible,  I know.

Note that: 
Jesus will not die on the cross only for him to stop caring about you. Why? Because it was love that moved him to die on the cross in the first place.


What do I need to do to receive God's love?

Nothing! Absolutely nothing!
You can never work for it, you can never earn it.
He loves you because He chose to.
He loves you more than you can think or imagine. He loved you before you could ever realize it, all you need to do is come to the reality his love.

For when the time was right, the Anointed One came and died to demonstrate his love for sinners who were entirely helpless, weak, and powerless to save themselves. Now, who of us would dare to die for the sake of a wicked person? We can all understand if someone was willing to die for a truly noble person. But Christ proved God’s passionate love for us by dying in our place while we were still lost and ungodly!

Romans 5:6‭-‬8 TPT

This is love: He loved us long before we loved him . It was his love, not ours. He proved it by sending his Son to be the pleasing sacrificial offering to take away our sins.

How do I know that I love God?

This is evident in how you relate with others. 

One of the first trainings Abba gave me after I received the life of Christ was how to properly love my fellow human; something I didn't know how to do before. There's no way you'd be a Nigeria Christian Corper's Fellowship Mama and not know how to love. Even if you don't want to learn, you'd be forced to. Lol

Anyone can say, “I love God,” yet have hatred toward another believer. This makes him a phony, because if you don’t love a brother or sister, whom you can see, how can you truly love God, whom you can’t see? For he has given us this command: whoever loves God must also demonstrate love to others.

Have a seat and be comfortable because I'm about to share one of my best scriptures on God's love with you.

Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? (As the Scriptures say, “For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.” ) No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 8:35‭-‬39 NLT

God's eternal love is your reality and nothing should separate you from it because nothing can separate you from the love of Christ.

One of the many things they never tell us as Christian singles is our sexual desire, being "horny". Most people do not want to talk about it, perhaps, it's meant to be discussed by the married folks. Some have termed this wrong, profane and unholy but don't we need to start talking about this more than ever? Being horny simply means being sexually hungry. What do you do when you're hungry? DOES GOD HAVE A SENSE OF HUMOUR?

The justification of some Christians that God doesn't have a sense of humour strikes me like a thunder. How do you say a God who created man in his image according to his likeness has no humour? If man does have a sense of humour, so does God. Man's sense of humour may have been somewhat corrupted/perverted due to sin but it doesn't change the fact of the discussion matter. For example, God has intellect just like we do, he is creative just like we are, he feels sad just like we do etc but the sinful nature can make us misrepresent the true nature of God. If God has no sense of humour, I think we should question where man got his. Our sense of humour may not exactly be the same because there are some despicable things human find funny that God will not find funny. A joyful, cheerful heart brings healing to both body and soul.
